Concrete Test Station Valve Boxes for Cathodic Protection by Farwest Corrosion

The Brooks Products model #1-RT is a traffic rated valve box with cast iron cover that is used as a "flush" or grade installed cathodic protection test station.  Since it's made of concrete and cast iron, the #1-RT is very durable.  It is recommended that an actual test station be used inside the #1-RT as this will help protect cable terminations below grade as water egress can be an issue.

The #1-RT can be purchase as a set or in pieces that include:

• Valve box body
• Cast iron lid
• Cast iron riser rings (to raise when asphalt is added to a street)
• Concrete extensions
